About the Project
The primary objective of developing these updated ordinances is to establish a set of standards, guidelines, and procedures for development that builds upon the existing character of the community while supporting economic development and overall livability. The individual documents will be combined into one document titled the Unified Development Code. The intent is to make Josephine’s development regulations work more effectively to achieve the vision of the adopted Comprehensive Plan.
